INQUIRY

Once we receive an inquiry from you, a dedicated team of professional leasing specialists will respond with an introduction and answer service related inquiries. We will request for important information such as your preferences and budget before we proceed with showing you the available homes that are fit to your requirements.

RENTING WITH US

We don’t want you to be daunted with processing of all the necessary paperwork, so our team will take care of preparing the documents needed including:

• Letter of Intent
• Contract of Lease  including Annex A “ List of Furniture and Appliances”
• Breakdown of rental payments

From viewing of available units to negotiation of leasing terms even the notarization of your Contract of Lease are just some of the tasks we will be performing for you.

Prior to moving in, we will make sure that all the pending items, furniture and appliances needed are resolved. We will document your move-in with photos and provide you with a move-in/turn-over report. To save you time from coordinating with various teams, we will provide you with move-in form requirements including gate pass, application form for maid/drivers, resident info sheet, telephone, and cable TV, if needed.

MOVE OUT

Our work does not end until you have enjoyed your stay and have vacated the unit.  We will facilitate the return of your security deposit by providing you a breakdown of any deductions and we will make sure to provide you the corresponding receipts for your reference.
