WHERE DO I WANT TO LIVE?
Other than your finances, assess your lifestyle. Where would be the best location to live in? Is the location you chose known for being flooded? Is public transportation a factor, or do you have your own car? These are some of the factors that you might need to consider, especially if you plan to stay in that location for several years.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?
Association Dues are fees paid by residents to the Homeowners Association for the maintenance of the building. Depending on the agreement, it can be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. Other than this, there’s also realty tax. It’s also a different story if you want to reserve a parking space for your unit. Parking lot prices vary.
HOW IS THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT?
As mentioned, residents pay an Association Dues for the maintenance of the building, especially the common area and its facilities. Take a look if the building is in good condition. Ask yourself if it’s a place that you would see yourself living in. Will it be money well-spent?
